Nathan Xenophontos - Director

Nathan has over 18 years’ experience as a mortgage broker, is extremely dedicated to his work, and always goes above and beyond to provide the highest quality service to his clients. He takes pride in offering the kind of old fashioned, personalised service many don't expect to see in a modern business setting and aims to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Nathan is highly qualified in all areas of mortgage broking and is a fully accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and the Australian Complaints Authority (AFCA). He has a diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management as well as a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

As well as being an award winning, highly successful and experienced mortgage broker, Nathan has been a first home buyer, property investor, property developer and has expertise with property sub-division. Nathan has successfully completed numerous property developments in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and has attained a substantial property portfolio.

Nathan is highly experienced in providing a broad range of loan services for owner-occupied, investment and commercial properties. He assists his clients in getting first home loans, moving to new family homes, refinancing current properties for a better rate or more suitable product, and refinancing complex investment portfolios.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, Max and Ava. He also enjoys supporting his beloved football team, the mighty Hawks.

Amanda Plenty - Loans Processor

Mandi brings a wealth of experience to her role as Loans Processor, with over 17 years’ experience in the property and finance industry and a Certificate in Mortgage Broking.

Mandi brought her skills and knowledge as an experienced Loan Processor to Homefree Mortgages in 2021. With a strong background in lending support and a detailed understanding of the mortgage process, she plays a key role in managing and coordinating a wide range of loan applications, including more complex loan structures, from submission through to settlement. Her bright and bubbly personality, combined with her industry knowledge and attention to detail, makes her a pleasure to work with.

In her spare time, Mandi enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, travelling and supporting her favourite footy team, the Saints.

Lauren Henderson - Loans Processor & Adminstrator

Lauren is a Loans Processor & Administrator at Homefree Mortgages, drawing on her strong administrative background to support clients throughout the loan application process. She has been part of the Homefree Mortgages team since 2021, contributing to a smooth and friendly client experience from application through to settlement.

With a strong focus on efficiency and client satisfaction, Lauren began her career in an administrative role, providing essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. She now assists clients directly with loan applications and loan processing, while continuing to provide key administrative support across the lending process to ensure every step runs smoothly.

Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and brings over 16 years of experience in administrative roles across a variety of sectors. Her passion for organisation, efficiency, and process management ensures a prompt, friendly, and professional experience for every client.

When she’s not at work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her creative young daughter, diving into Tudor history, and getting lost in a good book.
